Freemans é um dos restaurantes mais charmosos que conheci aqui em Nova York. Fica localizado dentro de um beco no Lower East Side e só quem conhece sabe exatamente onde fica.

Além do ambiente charmoso, simples, rústico e bem romântico, Freemans tem uma comida caseira bem gostosa. A entrada de alcachofras e a truta servida com molho de limão, tomilho e alho foram os pratos que degustei e estão aprovadíssimos.

O restaurante também oferece um cardápio de almoço e brunch nos finais de semana. O local conta, também, com 3 salas privadas para reserva de algum evento especial para até 30 pessoas.

Quem estiver em NY e quiser conhecer um cantinho fora do comum, vale a pena passar no Freemans.

Freemans is one of the most charming spots I have come to know here in New York City. Located inside of an alley in the Lower East Side, you can only find it if you know exactly where it is.

The place has a charming ambience, is simple, rustic, and quite romantic. The food is comforting and very delicious. The appetizer artichoke dip and the entrée of trout with lemon, thyme, and garlic are the two dishes I tried and very much enjoyed.

Freemans also offers lunch and brunch menus on the weekends. There are also three private rooms for special events that fit up to 30 people.

For anyone in NY looking for an out of the ordinary little corner, Freemans is definitely worth visiting.
